WASHER & DRYER CONNECTIONS

Washers and dryers and their connections are the responsibility of  individual owners at Terrace Court.  To protect your property and the property of others from water and smoke damage, please check to see that all washer connections are of the stainless steel type and all dryer vent connections are aluminun and not plastic.  Sean has relevant information including approximate costs.
